About me

I am an experienced leader who has enjoyed a diverse career working in start-ups, government, media and technology, with a common thread of finding interesting challenges and driving change. As a former CEO and COO, I understand first-hand the pressure of organisational leadership and I am passionate about supporting others through it.

I founded my coaching practice a few years ago to help both established and emerging leaders navigate the complexities of leadership. Having benefited from coaching myself at key points in my career, I know how transformative it can be for personal and professional growth.

I hold a postgraduate certificate in executive coaching from Hult Ashridge University and a degree in Geology from the University of Cambridge. I am an affiliate member of the EMCC.

I’ve lived in London, New York and Spain, and recently spent 4 months in Mexico with my family.
